Zulfiqar Research (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website zulfiqarresearch.com and publishes independent financial research under two publications: Tactical Trader Notes and the Patient Capital Letter.

05 — Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate our business. Each processes personal information only as instructed by us:

MailerLite — our email marketing and automation platform. Subscriber names and email addresses are stored and managed through MailerLite.
Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — used to run lead generation advertising. When you submit a Meta lead form, Meta shares your name and email with us pursuant to Meta’s data policies.
Payment processor — subscription payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third party. We do not store credit card information.
Website analytics — we may use anonymised, aggregate analytics to understand site traffic. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.

We do not use third-party advertising networks that track you across other websites, and we do not share your data with any party for their own marketing purposes.

06 — Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription or email relationship with us is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and administrative purposes.

Email subscribers who unsubscribe are removed from active send lists immediately. Their records may be retained in a suppression list to honour future opt-out requests.
Paid subscriber records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to satisfy Canadian financial record-keeping requirements.
If you request deletion of your data, we will comply subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under GDPR. Contact us and we will address your request accordingly.
